What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Customer Success or CRM-driven operations roles where I can build cross-border processes, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and work across cultures and time zones in a fully remote environment.

I lead cross-border operations and cultural programs in Italy, from establishing the Italy branch of Chunghwa's International Great Merciful Water Association to delivering a 200-person international event across languages and cultures.

At ATI intercultura, I led Taiwan Culture Day for approximately 800 attendees, raised €3,700 through crowdfunding, secured commitments from 9 sponsors, and supported 8 Taiwanese exhibitors. I bring a Mechanical Engineering background and dual Master's degrees from Politecnico di Milano, combining technical thinking with service design and CRM-oriented operations.
