What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on events role in a goal-driven cultural or institutional organization where I can lead on-site operations, coordinate volunteers, manage stakeholders, use collaborative digital tools, and deliver measurable impact.

I am an event management professional with over ten years' experience planning and delivering events across cultural, social and scientific sectors. I thrive on on-site coordination and leading large volunteer teams to successful outcomes.

At Wikimedia Italia I design and operationally manage workshops, conferences and national campaigns, overseeing logistics, materials, shipping and on-site troubleshooting. I lead volunteer onboarding and training, produce KPI-driven reports, and coordinate with institutional stakeholders using Google Workspace, CRM and task-management tools.

Previously I managed end-to-end private and corporate events, monitored complex event schedules for Expo Milano 2015, and ran cultural and educational programs for regional botanical networks. Those roles sharpened my budgeting, supplier coordination, fundraising and quality-control skills.

I hold a Master's in Management of Social Enterprises (110/110 cum laude) and an M.A. in Philosophy (110/110 cum laude), and I am fluent in English. Energetic, organized and team-oriented, I seek goal-driven roles where I can apply operational problem solving and collaborative leadership.
