I'm looking for a companie that wants to make a change in the world and cares about inclusion and equity, with a healthy internal culture that embraces diversity.

I am a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with 8 years of experience, specializing in helping big companies with D&I projects. Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented diversity initiatives, coordinated diversity censuses and diagnoses, and produced communication materials to promote diversity and inclusion. I have also worked closely with HR teams to develop fully inclusive recruitment and selection processes for all minority groups.

As a communications coordinator, I have created engaging content for social media and company websites.
