What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support role where I can respond to inquiries, resolve routine issues, provide accurate information, and maintain customer records.

At LEGACY CYBER CAFÉ, I assisted customers with computer, internet, and digital services, responding to inquiries and guiding them through online processes.

I also helped customers with online applications, searches, and registrations. I prepared documents, entered data, and provided printing, scanning, and photocopying services.

At POA PLACE NATURE AND CULTURE CENTRE, I welcomed visitors and provided information about attractions, activities, and facilities. I adapted my assistance to families, school groups, students, and teachers.

Through my Bachelor of Tourism Management at University of Eldoret, I studied customer service, tourism and hospitality operations, business communication, and organizational management. I also earned certificates in computer applications and in 50 Projects in 50 Days – HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
