What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can improve operational workflows and systems while supporting information access and research. I want a collaborative environment that values secure data handling, process improvement, and data-driven decisions.

I’m a detail-oriented information and operations professional managing complex systems with a focus on secure, reliable workflows. In my current role as an Operations Application Manager, I support operational applications for identity verification and fraud prevention while maintaining user privacy and confidential handling of sensitive data.

Previously, I directed operations for a 789-bed student housing community as a Property Manager. I managed budgeting, ownership reporting, vendor relationships, and operational compliance, while supervising staff development, training, and performance management.

I’m currently pursuing a Master of Library Science at Texas Woman’s University, with coursework in research methods, information organization, and information access. I also conduct advanced database searching and information retrieval, developing search strategies using keywords, controlled vocabulary, and citation tracking, and evaluating sources for authority, relevance, currency, and accessibility.

I bring research support, data analysis (Excel), and process improvement together with systems troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration. I’m energized by roles where I can combine operational excellence, analytical thinking, and information-focused problem solving to drive efficiency and smarter decisions.
