What I'm looking for
I’m a recruiter experienced in high-volume sourcing and end-to-end candidate management. I identify qualified profiles, engage candidates, and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while keeping quality high under tight deadlines.
In Talent sourcing (LinkedIn / job boards), I ran 15–20 recruitment processes at once, screened candidates for fit for finance and business roles, coordinated interviews with clients, and supported placements through to completion. I also negotiated offers and maintained strong candidate relationships throughout the process.
Previously, I strengthened partnership and delivery skills through Business Developer/Partnerships Executive work at papernest, then Project Manager roles at M6 Publicité. I led cross-functional initiatives, handled budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and worked closely with internal teams and external partners.
Now, I’m also building deeper stakeholder coordination through an ESSEC Business School role as Partnerships and Project Manager (full remote). I managed a portfolio of 70+ external partners and produced performance analysis and reporting for leadership. I’m seeking freelance or part-time opportunities as Talent Sourcer / Recruiter.
