What I'm looking for

I’m looking to improve recruitment operations end-to-end, using data-driven insights and structured HR initiatives. I want to partner closely with stakeholders to strengthen role fit, candidate experience, DEI, and team capability building.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of experience in global organisations, combining recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, HR project coordination, and talent-related initiatives. I’ve delivered 140+ recruitment processes across international business areas and coordinated the Recruitment Manuals Project to create standardised documentation for Hiring Managers and Recruiters.

I use Power BI and ATS data to generate insights that support recruitment operations and continuous improvement, while also supporting DEI and employer branding through communication, awareness, and candidate experience improvements. I enjoy training and mentoring interns and partnering cross-functionally to understand skills, potential, and role fit.
