What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable operations, cross-functional programs, and customer or patient experience improvements, with opportunities to build repeatable systems, implement technology, develop teams, and partner closely with leadership.

I've led multi-site operations for Art City Vets, supporting 80+ clinical and administrative employees while aligning people, processes, technology, and service delivery.

I built SOPs, onboarding programs, training resources, and accountability systems that standardized execution across departments. I also led ezyVet implementation and coordinated operational change across two veterinary facilities.

My work spans client experience, inventory, facilities, marketing, vendor management, workflow optimization, and cross-functional programs. I coach managers and supervisors on performance management, leadership development, and operational accountability.

I'm currently supporting patient experience and daily operations at Philadelphia Pediatric Dentistry while leading community-facing marketing, partnerships, vendor outreach, and event strategy for Art City Vets.
