What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve HR services, knowledge management, and digital employee experiences through employee-centric content, process improvement, change support, and cross-functional project work.

I've improved HR service experiences and digital employee journeys at Zurich Insurance, most recently as an HR Service Management Expert and HR Knowledge Manager. I helped shift HR content to an employee-centric view, co-led the Amaze UX transformation of more than 400 HR knowledge articles, and introduced gamification to continuous-improvement and ideation processes.

Previously, I delivered multilingual HR operations in German, English, and French, supported OneSnow’s redesign of 70 HR processes in ServiceNow, and contributed to an internal HR portal UX project. At Straumann Group, I led the Global Perception Pulse Survey process and analyzed and published more than 150 reports to support action planning.

My background combines international management with organisational psychology, including research on leadership, organisational support, and Gen Z employee wellbeing. I bring a global perspective shaped by studies in Japan and China, professional work across HR operations, and immersion through travel and language learning.
