What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused role where I can combine inclusive HR strategy, talent acquisition, and analytics—turning research into practical improvements in culture, employee experience, and organizational growth within a collaborative environment.

I’m a CIPD Level 7–qualified People Experience professional with an MSc in Human Resource Management (Distinction, Rank 1) and a strong foundation in Psychology. I combine strategic HR thinking with research rigor to design people solutions that are both human and measurable.

Across healthcare and technology contexts, I specialize in talent acquisition, organizational development, and building inclusive workplace cultures. I translate stakeholder needs into practical actions—using structured interviews, detailed reporting, and data-driven insight to improve how organizations attract, develop, and retain people.

Earlier experience includes delivering a neuroinclusive HR lifecycle evaluation for an NHS Trust, where I independently built and analyzed a neuroinclusive survey using Qualtrics, NVivo, and Excel—then presented tailored recommendations in a distinguished 15,000-word report and presentation. I’ve also analyzed 5,000+ employment-outcome records in a data/HR role at a business school using Excel, Python, and Tableau (GDPR compliant), and contributed to DEI, internal mobility, and change-focused HR recommendations through consulting and organizational development projects.
