What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a client-facing role that combines bilingual translation and account management—delivering training, strengthening client relationships, and driving renewals in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I worked at the Italian regional office of WGSN, transitioning from customer support into a commercial account manager role overseeing a portfolio of over 100 clients. I managed contract renewals, delivered tailored product and service presentations, ran personalized trainings and platform support sessions, and represented the company at trade shows. My focus was ensuring clients fully leveraged the service’s value through hands-on meetings and operational assistance.

Since 2019 I have operated as a freelance English–Italian translator and consecutive interpreter for presentations and events. I combine strong language skills with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Salesforce to provide clear communication, reliable client-focused solutions, and effective training delivery.
