What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile-friendly team where I can support projects end-to-end, improve coordination, and apply automation and digital transformation thinking to deliver measurable results with clear timelines and KPIs.

I combine IT support experience with hands-on project management to help teams deliver work faster, clearer, and with fewer operational issues. In my internships, I supported system-related tasks and contributed to understanding internal workflows.

At Saruhanlı Belediyesi, I supported IT operations and assisted in troubleshooting and basic technical issue resolution. At SCA Social, I helped manage project workflows, task distribution, project planning, and basic timeline tracking while participating in Agile-based team processes.

I enjoy turning plans into measurable outcomes. I developed a Social Media Automation Project (Python) by building a bot for profile interactions and data collection, managing the work from planning to implementation with iterative development.

I’m also building structured digital transformation thinking through projects like the Digital Transformation Strategy simulation for SMEs. I prepared a project charter (scope, stakeholders, risks, milestones), created a transformation roadmap, and used CPM timelines and KPI tracking to guide execution.
