At Synlab International, I led platform implementation projects across seven countries, coordinating business stakeholders and technical teams from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
I was Product Owner for ServiceNow SPM and an internal IT budgeting platform, managing roadmaps, requirements, sprint planning and backlog prioritization. I also implemented SYNLAB's first centralized PPM in ServiceNow SPM, supporting visibility across 500+ IT projects.
With SYNLAB Germany, I redesigned end-to-end Demand Management using Lean and SLA analysis, improving SLA performance by approximately 70%. My experience also includes process ownership for Change, Demand Management and IT Project Budgeting, alongside Agile/Scrum delivery and PRINCE2.
