I am a project and product management professional with extensive experience in Agile practices and formal training in PMI-based project management standards. Recently, I completed the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep Course, demonstrating a deep understanding of global project management methodologies. My journey began during university, where I actively participated in student societies and organizations, gaining valuable management experience in various projects, including charity and academic research initiatives.

My professional career started as a project assistant at Netsum, where I supported project managers and gained knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. I was responsible for tracking and reporting on project development processes using Asana, while also reviewing products and customer feedback to suggest improvements. Later, at Hotech, I advanced to the roles of Product Test Specialist and Product Owner, where I honed my skills in client and stakeholder management, collaborating with developers to establish technical visions and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led major projects, improved product efficiency, and fostered open communication between stakeholders and teams.
