I’m an HR Business Partner and People & Culture professional with 7+ years of experience helping growing organizations build stronger teams, improve performance and create practical people systems that support business growth.

My experience spans HR strategy, people operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR policy and compliance, learning and development, workforce planning and organizational development.

I have worked across fast-paced environments including technology-related businesses, power solutions, consulting and growing SMEs, partnering with founders, managers and leadership teams to solve people challenges and strengthen HR processes.

Through my HR consulting work with FavoriteHR Consult, I support businesses with practical HR solutions including recruitment, HR structuring, policies and processes, performance management, employee development and people advisory.

I also have a strong background in career development, coaching, mentoring and community building, which gives me a broader understanding of both the employer and employee sides of the workplace.

Some of the outcomes I have contributed to include a 40% reduction in hiring turnaround, a 35% reduction in employee turnover and a 70% improvement in operational performance for consulting clients.
