At Maryabik Global Services (a partner with MTN Telecommunications Nigeria), I handle customers’ requests and complaints end-to-end—ensuring resolution to the customer’s utmost satisfaction. I also support growth by cross-selling and upselling products and services while working toward revenue and profit targets.

I take pride in staying organized and accountable: I inform customers of the status of their queries, record contact details, and generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for my team lead. I also ensure proper reporting of recovered and unrecovered amounts and complete software installation and configuration requests to customer satisfaction.

Before customer care, I worked as a Laboratory Technologist, operating and maintaining instruments, receiving and analyzing samples, and recording results accurately. This background strengthens my attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to quality in every customer interaction and internal process.
