I’m a Supplier Support Specialist focused on streamlining the data exchange process for suppliers so they can easily comply with customers’ data requests. I’ve successfully navigated regulatory landscapes including EU REACH, EU ROHS, California Prop 65, EU Waste Framework, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS, and Conflict Minerals—validating and ensuring the quality assurance of supplier compliance data and declarations.
Through hands-on supplier engagement (chats, emails, inbound/outbound calls, education, and webinar invites), I help companies meet both legal and business requirements by educating suppliers on how to submit valid declarations. I also maintain CRM accuracy, leverage proprietary data collection to keep information current, and bridge gaps by training and mentoring clients and suppliers—while contributing to program strategy, target selection, and issue resolution with ProgramSuccess and related teams.
