I handle supplier support cases, including Tier 3 and Tier 4 responses, using Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, and Zendesk. I also research prospects, validate client data, and support lead-generation initiatives.
I work with suppliers to obtain declarations and critical information, and scrub contact and declaration data through online research. I communicate by email, live chat, and webinars while collaborating with a global team to improve workflows and the customer experience.
I also train and mentor new hires on CRM tools and technical processes. Earlier, at LeadGenius, I conducted prospect research and maintained accurate databases to support sales and customer success initiatives.
