What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative role where I can combine bilingual customer support and problem-solving with accurate documentation and logistics coordination—so issues are resolved quickly, communication stays clear, and service quality remains high.

I’m a proactive, solution-oriented professional seeking an Administrative position where I can apply my communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to deliver efficient, high-quality support in dynamic environments. I’m known for managing issues effectively and maintaining strong organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

In my customer support and sales work at Vinos y Licores “La 24” (Jan 2022 – Jan 2024), I provided direct customer support with continuous follow-up and timely issue resolution. I focused on bilingual communication in Spanish and English to ensure customers received clear, responsive help.

As a National Logistics Coordinator for the Collman Project Corporate (Feb 2024 – Mar 2026), I coordinated nationwide logistics operations by managing schedules, priorities, and critical deadlines. I also handled administrative tasks, operational documentation, reporting, and data tracking with high accuracy—while maintaining clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

My academic background in International Relations (specialization in International Trade) strengthened my intercultural communication and professional writing through coursework in international logistics and negotiation. I also completed a Cabin Crew Training Program, building confidence in aviation safety, emergency procedures, first aid, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) teamwork in high-pressure settings.
