'm an insurance professional with 8+ years of experience in corporate underwriting, scheme administration, and portfolio management across East Africa's insurance industry, having worked with Britam Life Assurance, Primelink Insurance Agency, and Old Mutual Holdings.

I started in corporate operations at Britam, leading a team managing group life and credit life portfolios worth KES 800M+ in annual premium, and achieving 95%+ policy retention. I later moved into a systems project role, bridging business needs and technical design across ERP, CRM, and claims platforms. At Primelink, I managed scheme administration for 30+ corporate accounts and drove a 25% increase in cross-selling.
