At 957th QM Army Reserve Unit, I lead and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps. I build applications and automate workflows to support operational requirements.
I’ve engineered Discovery and Service Mapping across hybrid environments, and integrated SCOM with the ServiceNow CMDB for CI mapping and impact analysis. I also connect ServiceNow with AWS and Azure, along with enterprise tools such as Jira and SolarWinds.
At United States Army, I led full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and integrations, translating business requirements into solutions aligned with CSDM. My work included secure API integrations, CMDB governance, and dashboards for operational metrics.
Earlier, at Amazon, I implemented CMDB and ITAM solutions aligned with CSDM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset lifecycle management. I began in ServiceNow administration and development at Navixus and NCC Group, after working in helpdesk and security operations at Golden Helpdesk.
