I’m seeking an insurance customer service and bookkeeping assistant role with your Texas brokerage. I value reliability, accuracy, and professionalism, and I’m available full-time from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

At Housecall Pro, I supervised customer service representatives handling billing, payments, and retention for SMB accounts. I resolved escalated billing discrepancies, processed refunds and credits, and reconciled daily payments in Salesforce.

I also reviewed calls and coached objection handling and consultative selling. I maintained financial records and prepared daily Excel pivot table reports.

At Xfinity / Comcast, I supervised an inbound and outbound team serving US telecom customers. I handled sales, billing, cancellations, and tech support across more than 80 daily calls.
