What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level opportunity to develop professionally while contributing positively to an organization’s technology and operational goals.

At NCR Atleos, I provided on-site technical support during client installations, system upgrades, and migrations involving retail and financial payment systems. I also assisted with troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supported software updates and deployments across client networks.

As an IT Intern at the American Embassy and Multimedia Ltd, I assisted with user support and troubleshooting, and helped configure IT and network equipment. At Multimedia Ltd, I also responded to IT support requests from more than 100 staff members and helped with software installation and deployment.

I studied Computer Science with Statistics at the University of Ghana, Legon. I’m seeking an entry-level opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to an organization’s technology and operational goals.
