I’m a Creative Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator with experience leading multi-brand marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. I focus on translating creative concepts into performance through paid media, organic content, and brand campaigns.

I’ve produced high-converting ad scripts, copy, and creative concepts across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. I also develop content strategies across Reels, carousel posts, newsletters, and social campaigns, aligning the creative direction with the client’s goals.

In my roles, I lead cross-functional teams of designers and video editors—from briefing to final delivery. I serve as the primary client contact, presenting performance reports and optimization strategies while guiding campaign adjustments based on results.

I build email marketing campaigns, CRM automations, and customer journey workflows to support retention and customer experience. Previously, I improved productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency through process improvements and strong client communication.
