What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a front-of-house hospitality role where I can deliver personalised guest and member service, manage reservations and reception operations, and work closely with a collaborative team.

I'm currently at Kettner’s Hotel, Soho House, welcoming hotel guests and members while managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room assignments and special requests.

I use Opera PMS and Salesforce daily to maintain guest and member profiles, bookings, payments and communications. I coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, resolve complaints promptly, and identify opportunities to upsell hotel services, upgrades and membership.

My experience also includes Little House Mayfair and Ivy Cafe Marylebone, where I managed busy reservations, guest flow, telephone and email enquiries, and warm front-of-house service.
