I am a dedicated customer support specialist with hands-on experience resolving technical issues and managing ticket workflows for large platforms. I combine clear communication with methodical problem-solving to restore service and guide users.

At Uber Azerbaijan I diagnose and resolve reported technical problems, assist customers with product features, and maintain accurate ticket documentation to ensure timely resolution. Previously, I handled outbound customer follow-ups and detailed interaction records at İntellektual Şəhər Ltd.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Oil and Gas Facilities Engineering and completed an Oracle Database SQL course, which strengthened my SQL and PL/SQL foundations. I also have basic Python and Kotlin knowledge and am proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and Yandex tools.

I communicate fluently in Azerbaijani and Russian and have independent-user proficiency in English (B2). I seek roles where I can apply technical support experience, continue developing SQL and programming skills, and contribute to customer-first teams.
