I'm building hands-on service desk experience by resolving simulated support requests across multiple channels, from account access and login problems to software errors.

I diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, document tickets accurately, escalate unresolved incidents through the right channels, and keep users informed throughout resolution. I also configure user accounts, permissions, and basic system settings.

Alongside IT support training, I've completed university Python and data analysis projects using real datasets. I've built Excel reports with formulas, charts, and organized data to reinforce accuracy and attention to detail.

I'm studying Information Technology at ADA University and am prepared for remote collaboration with a dedicated home office, reliable internet, and a flexible GMT+4 schedule.
