I've spent more than 20 years at WM SE / WM Fahrzeugteile, Europe’s leading automotive parts wholesaler in the independent automotive aftermarket, leading inside sales, logistics coordination, and order management. In my Back Office Order Management role, I oversee the Inside Sales department, coach and develop the team, manage workforce planning, and improve service quality and operational efficiency.
I combine proactive telephone sales and customer consulting with end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, KPI analysis, and resolution of complaints, invoice inquiries, and warranty claims. Earlier, I managed workshop-equipment sales across Northern Bavaria and sold the full automotive parts portfolio, preparing tailored customer quotations.
