At VML Argentina, I lead two PODs of Project Managers and Operations Analysts supporting global business portfolios through Workday implementation and post-go-live operations. I partner with stakeholders, Hypercare, and implementation teams during migration waves to help drive adoption of standardized Workday processes.
I've progressed from Operations Analyst to Project Manager and Program Lead, translating business requirements into accurate project structures, improving workflows, and strengthening team execution. I also support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring while pursuing a Technical, Scientific and Literary Translation degree in English.
