What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote contract or full-time roles where I can lead technology or transformation delivery, own commercial and operational execution, partner with technical teams, and support US and LATAM stakeholders.

I've led technology and transformation delivery at Dell Technologies and Accenture, owning programs from scope and estimation through budgets, stakeholder communication, revenue tracking, and delivery outcomes. At Dell, I delivered the migration of Customer Finance Services from legacy systems to the DSA platform across LATAM, on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

At Accenture, I led a team of six supporting a roughly USD 65M US Midwest Life Sciences client portfolio through a merger and acquisition. I owned KPIs, budget control, burn tracking, forecast accuracy, billing, and revenue tracking across fee structures while mentoring and onboarding new team members.

Today, I work directly with clients across concurrent consulting engagements, building operational systems, AI-assisted workflows, websites, automation, and change-management training. I'm comfortable partnering closely with technical leads and working remotely across US and LATAM time zones.
