At Bus2Alps, I ran the on-ground delivery of weekend trips across several European countries for groups of 30–50, coordinating logistics, timing, partners and suppliers. I also coordinated transportation, café scheduling and event materials for a Rome activation.

I built a competitor comparison tool covering Bus2Alps, SmartTrip and independent travel across core destinations; the sales team adopted it for student outreach. I also redesigned the Free Travel winner-to-booking flow and reviewed competitor content to inform campaign recommendations.

My Bachelor thesis, based on field research at Bus2Alps, received an Honourable Mention for Best Bachelor Thesis. I found that a value-communication gap, rather than the product, drives price sensitivity, and developed a Route Evaluation & Value Communication Framework.

I’m now studying Digital Innovation & Transformation online at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, alongside my interest in helping international companies build, expand and operate new experiences and markets. Having lived in five countries, I know first-hand what it takes to settle somewhere new and make it work.
