Florencia Fernandez Huarte

I’m a recent International Business Management graduate (Belgium) and I’m currently pursuing a Master in Digital Innovation & Transformation at UOC. I’ve worked hands-on in marketing, sales, and operations with an international tour operator moving 10,000+ students per semester.

At Bus2Alps, I curated 200+ user-generated posts across 8 destinations for multi-channel content libraries on Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and Google Drive. I also supported on-trip guide content by writing and distributing weekly shot lists and marketing directives through Slack.

On the sales side, I built a PowerPoint comparison tool for student outreach across 4 destinations, and I redesigned the winner form and follow-up sequence to improve winner-to-booking conversion for the Free Travel campaign. I generated 200+ qualified leads via outbound outreach across Facebook Groups, GroupMe communities, and Instagram DMs.

I also owned end-to-end on-ground customer experience for groups of 30–50 across 5+ European countries, and coordinated on-site brand activations like transportation, café scheduling, and flyer & wristband inventory. I’m using that on-the-ground experience alongside my digital innovation coursework to help brands plan, launch, and iterate faster.
