What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a truck dispatcher or virtual assistant role where I can apply dispatch training, customer communication, data-entry accuracy, and fast-paced operations experience.

I'm transitioning into truck dispatching after building customer service and operations experience with Concentrix, Greyhound Cafe, CM Star Management, and Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures. At Concentrix, I processed reservations, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining accurate customer, vehicle, and rental-date records.

I've overseen restaurant operations, coordinated service teams, handled customer concerns, and maintained service standards in fast-paced environments. My truck dispatching training covers load booking, load boards, broker and carrier communication, rate negotiation, and route coordination.
