What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a truck dispatcher role where I can apply my communication, organization, scheduling, and customer service skills while learning dispatch software and contributing to efficient freight coordination and on-time deliveries.

I've built over 11 years of customer service and administrative support experience, including resolving clients' internet technical issues at Purple Track Academy and supporting prescription processing as a Pharmacy Technician.

I'm transitioning into truck dispatching, bringing dispatch coordination, route planning, scheduling, shipment tracking, load monitoring, and broker communication skills. I've trained in freight truck dispatching and logistics, and can use DAT Load Board, Truckstop Load Board, and Sylectus to support efficient freight coordination and on-time deliveries.
