What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my transportation and fleet operations leadership while continuing to grow in U.S. logistics, freight coordination, carrier sourcing, load booking, and shipment tracking.

I've managed daily transportation operations for Discovery Industrial Inc.'s 50-truck fleet, coordinating dispatch, fleet utilization, permits, compliance, documentation, and delivery requirements across production, warehouse, maintenance, and customer teams. My preventive maintenance and proactive dispatch planning helped achieve zero road breakdowns and zero delivery delays while leading 30 drivers, 30 helpers, 6 office staff, and 4 mechanics.

I'm currently expanding into U.S. logistics operations with Priority1, supporting freight coordination, carrier sourcing, load booking, rate negotiation, shipment tracking, and communication with brokers, carriers, and drivers using DAT Load Board, Truckstop, Google Maps, and Priority1 systems.
