What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or freelance administrative, operations, or logistics support work where I can coordinate documentation, schedules, CRM data, and client communication for international teams.

I've supported BNL's international import/export operations by managing CRM data, invoicing, client documentation, transport bookings, and regulatory compliance monitoring.

I prepare packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and HS-code shipment classifications while maintaining accurate, audit-ready digital filing systems. I also track supply chain and inventory activity and coordinate closely with vendors and international clients.

Previously, I delivered customer service, technical support, and billing support across multiple international accounts at IBEX and One Link. I managed appointments and calendars, supported sales and floor operations, and coached team members on customer service and call-quality practices.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote-friendly, international environments and managing time-sensitive priorities. I work fluently in Spanish and English, with conversational French.
