I’m looking for a remote Customer Support role where I can use my fluent English, de-escalation skills, and AI-powered workflows to resolve issues fast, support teams, and keep customers returning.

I’m a customer-facing professional with 6+ years at Marriott International, serving international guests daily in fluent English. I’m trusted with demanding situations—resolving complaints on the spot, de-escalating issues in real time, and coordinating across teams to create a seamless experience.
