At ORAMIX, I serve as Service Delivery Manager for Shared Infrastructure Services, working directly with clients and coordinating team allocation, priorities and project management across government, transportation, digital services and healthcare. I also support infrastructure assessments and consulting projects while tracking service KPIs and escalating risks.

Previously, at A-to-Be, I managed implementation of a toll back-office system, self-service portal and mobile apps for a service adopted by the Dutch government under RDW management. I coordinated five teams of approximately 50 professionals and integrations with payment gateways, SIBS, Teleperformance and RDW in an AWS ecosystem.
