Fihlo Ntimane

At Liquid Intelligent Technologies, I logged, triaged, and resolved support tickets through telephone, email, and remote channels. I kept accurate records and consistently met service level agreements.

I reproduced issues methodically and escalated complex cases with clear evidence, while supporting customers patiently under time pressure. I also worked night shifts and weekends.

As a Data & Developer Intern at the City of Johannesburg, I liaise with stakeholders across departments and turn recurring questions into clear documentation.

I validate data using SQL and present findings in reports and dashboards for non-technical audiences. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology and am completing a BSc in Computer Science.
