I'm looking to apply my client retention, insurance operations, sales, and merchant support experience in a role where I can build strong client relationships, resolve complex queries, achieve targets, and promote financial well-being ethically.

At King Price Insurance, I progressed through Claims, Client Care and Retentions, maintaining an average monthly client retention rate above 79% and earning Employee of the Year in 2025.
