I am a motivated administrator with hands-on experience in insurance administration and customer service, skilled at verifying documentation, updating policies, and managing client accounts. I bring strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively unsupervised while quickly mastering new tasks.

My recent role involved preparing and reviewing insurance claim forms, corresponding with policyholders and agents, and maintaining accurate client records, demonstrating reliability in high-responsibility tasks. I also have hospitality experience as a waitress and barista, where I developed interpersonal skills, POS proficiency, and a customer-first approach.
