What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an intentional move into executive support, where I can use my judgement, organisation, discretion, and business ownership experience to anticipate needs, protect priorities, solve problems independently, and make an executive's life easier.

I've built and operated international tourism businesses, including Lutwala Dive Resort in Indonesia, while managing travel, guests, teams, suppliers, finances, and high-pressure day-to-day operations.

As Director of Business Development at NovoScuba Limited, I develop B2B relationships internationally, research markets and regulatory requirements, coordinate across time zones, and contribute to strategy, training standards, policies, and digital platform development.

I've also created international dive and safari tours, managing detailed itineraries, flights, transfers, accommodation, suppliers, clients, and changing logistics across multiple countries.

I'm now intentionally moving into executive support, bringing hands-on ownership experience, legal administration, mediation training, discretion, and practical judgement to protect priorities, solve problems, and make an executive's working life easier.
