What I'm looking for
I am a versatile operations and hospitality professional with extensive experience across restaurants, retail, security, reservations and scuba instruction. I combine hands-on supervisory skills with strong customer-service instincts and operational discipline.
Throughout my career I have managed BOH and FOH teams, overseen inventory and cash control, and implemented food-safety and operational procedures that improved consistency and compliance. I have launched and consulted on new café operations, developing menus and conducting cost analyses to set pricing strategies.
My technical skills include Microsoft Office, POS/MICROS systems, booking software, surveillance monitoring and remote telematics tracking. I am PADI-certified as an Open Water Scuba Instructor and have managed dive operations, training and logistics.
