I'm currently supporting Scale Computing customers and partners through workload and virtual-machine migrations to SC//Platform, including compatibility validation, post-migration testing, and on-call technical support.
Previously at Hunter Warfield, I led IT projects involving Proxy, BitLocker, Jira, SQL applications, and Windows 10-to-11 deployments. I administered Azure IaaS, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Linux servers, Docker, and Apache while supporting users and documenting troubleshooting processes.
At Cooperativa Integral de ahorro y crédito Itza, S.A., I planned and maintained branch infrastructure, AWS connections, CCTV and network deployments, security policies, web filtering, and PRTG internet-link monitoring.
