What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own pricing and commercial support for logistics, negotiate strong rate options, run control-tower monitoring, and solve customer issues fast—while supporting sales and keeping operations on schedule.

I’m a bilingual logistics and customer service professional who bridges commercial needs with operational execution. From cargo tracking to pricing coordination, I’m used to moving quickly while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

In my most recent role, I provide pricing, commercial support, and control-tower coverage—handling inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring regional traffic and operations, and alerting upper management when delays or problems emerge. I negotiate multiple rate options, deliver competitive quotes and rate sheets, and support the sales team in meeting objectives.

Previously, I coordinated air pricing for the USA, managing rate negotiation with internal offices and external agents, maintaining pricing matrices, and submitting rates across pricing and bid portals. I also handled mail follow-up and customer complaint resolution, while coordinating with U.S. station partners globally.

Earlier, I supported logistics customers by managing shipments and purchase orders, preparing order reports, and following up on production claims and reference development (lab dips, bulks, and fabric prints). I’m comfortable working across import/export, shipping, accounting, artwork, and production to keep orders moving smoothly.
