Fernanda Friedrich
@fernandafriedrich
I turn stakeholder insights into equitable policy, strategy, and organizational change.
What I'm looking for
At Alt+F, I conduct interviews, surveys, and stakeholder consultations that turn community insight into organizational policy, strategy, and inclusive storytelling.
I previously led 150+ digital initiatives at Match Group’s MG Live, reaching over 1M active users and generating up to USD 320K in daily revenue. I built dashboards, analyzed product and campaign performance, and synthesized feedback from 300+ interviews into executive-ready recommendations.
My work is grounded in 15 years of storytelling, research, and community engagement. I planned and directed The State of Women, produced in partnership with UN Women, and have led award-winning documentary, television, and content projects reaching global audiences.
I hold a PhD focused on gender, race, sexuality, and social justice, including research at UBC. I’m now specializing in AI governance and equity policy, bringing an intersectional feminist lens, GBA+ certification, and English, Portuguese, and Spanish to work that helps institutions listen more carefully.
