What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work in technical support, contributing my experience in user support, troubleshooting, and incident management while expanding my knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and information security.

At DITEC – TJPB, I provide N2 technical support to users and magistrates, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. I also handle incident and service request records, Windows backups and imaging, and updates to the CMDB and knowledge base.

Previously, as an IT trainee at Ernst & Young (EY), I supported technical documentation and unit and integration testing, and worked with Java, React, and PostgreSQL maintenance and bug resolution. I’m looking to contribute my support and incident management experience while developing further in infrastructure, networking, and information security.
