What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ambiguous, high-stakes strategic work across operations, product, finance, and commercial execution, partnering closely with leadership to build the systems, analyses, and operating rhythm that turn priorities into outcomes.

At Modelwise, I serve as the founding team’s right hand, building the operating cadence, goal-tracking methodology, investor materials, and commercial analyses for a VC-backed DeepTech startup. I own cross-functional workstreams from scoping through delivery, including a techno-economic analysis across five departments and support for a live EUR 2M SAFE Notes round.

Previously, I built AI-transformation reporting across 32 Allianz operating entities, managed airline pricing toward revenue-growth targets at Lufthansa Group, and led credit-card pricing and monetisation work at Bancolombia. I combine financial-services experience with AI-assisted execution, using tools including Claude Code to create reporting and models leaders use to make decisions.
