At Wellext, I built a luxury healthcare and wellness venture from concept through market launch, shaping its business model, service portfolio, and growth strategy. I secured 7-figure funding through investors, banks, and public funding programmes.
I led development of Wellext’s digital ecosystem, covering booking, CRM, KPI reporting, ticketing, e-commerce, and mobile applications. I defined and managed 1,000+ requirements and user stories across 7+ products and 28+ releases, and developed AI-assisted booking and capacity optimisation logic.
At Plutus, I co-scaled a digital product and transformation company, contributing to revenue growth from 6 figures to 7 figures and to approximately 24 customer wins. I established governance and project delivery frameworks while supporting founders with growth and organisational scaling.
Earlier, I supported organisational transformation programmes at OSCAR and meliorate, including work across 10 locations and 400+ employees. I also advised early-stage founders pro bono on business plans, pitch decks, and go-to-market strategies.
