I'm building AI-assisted operational systems that solve practical workflow bottlenecks. At Ultimate Jet Vacations, I serve as the technical interface between enterprise hotel partners and internal systems, coordinating onboarding, configuration, and account support.
I built an AI-assisted automation system for listing, mapping, content generation, and human-validated review, improving property-configuration turnaround time and coverage while maintaining data accuracy across supplier records. I also formalized undocumented processes into a repeatable playbook.
Previously at Kipon, I built an AI-powered reporting system using SQL and the OpenAI API as the sole technical contributor, taking it from conception to production. It replaced four hours per week of manual CEO reporting and contributed to an immediate client upsell after its first demo.
My product background also includes product strategy at Livedub and civic-engagement SaaS development at NOSSAS. Before product, I worked as a music producer and recording engineer, leading creative projects, managing international suppliers, and building professional audio equipment.
